Once you place your order, the production of our garments begin. While it is next to impossible to produce exact replicates of a sample at our volume, we have a diligent team that makes sure we are as close to our level of quality as possible.
We do our best to keep product stocked at all times. The reality is that demand often times simply exceeds supply for our products. It is strongly urged to order early before the holiday rush,
Express and overnight shipping options are available. If you do not see your desired color, Size, and/ or style please check the restock date.
Return Policy
Returns and Exchanges
Returns can only be made in the form of an even exchange. The exchange policy coverage lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you are not eligible for an exchange.
If you wish to exchange something, please contact thefutureis@eyestyle.design to receive further instruction. The product(s) you wish to exchange for will be held until the returned item(s) is/are received. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received as well as if your exchange has been approved based on inspection. If you are approved, the new product(s) will be sent out within 72 hours of confirmation.
To be eligible for an even exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are exempt from being exchanged, including intimates and sale items.
To complete your exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without notification.
There are certain situations where your exchange request may be rejected:
Clothing with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. They are final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to obtain a viable tracking number from the delivery service used, as Eyestyle Enterprise is not responsible for the parcel until it is confirmed to have been received.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Eyestyle Enterprise does not guarantee the receipt of your returned item via shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Products are non-refundable and may only be exchanged. If you believe there may be an extenuating circumstance in which you may be eligible for a refund, please contact eyestyle.enterprises7@gmail.com for a review of your case.
